“Ichinoume” Japanese Soba Restaurant, at Meinohama in Fukuoka city

Assalamualaikum, dear sisters and brothers…Konniciwa, dear readers! Ogenki desu ka?
Here’s our review of Muslim Friendly food in Fukuoka.

Ichinoume is a small restaurant located in Nishi Ward (near Meinohama Station).
If you enjoy soba in Fukuoka, you should come here.
By the way, Soba is one of the traditional Japanese noodle. There is the tradition that Japanese people eat soba on New Year’s Eve, which is called “Toshikoshi Soba”.
In Japan,

Soba is usually eaten with dashi (soup stock), whose ingredient include alcohol,
so Muslim can not eat soba. However, if you order beforehand, we can eat soba with salt!

In Ichinoume, there are some non-halal food(poak is not used though).
There is some caution.

1, Food which use dashi include alcohol!
2, Tempura, Japanese fried food, use alcohol!
If you want to eat tempura without alcohol, you must say it on the phone.
3, Soy source include alcohol!
